A World of Friends is a family operated and owned facility is
committed to providing a quality education since 2005. Jennifer and Raymond
Dorsey take pride in providing a multicultural approach to the early
childhood field. They provide opportunities for the children to be
introduced to many different experiences with a variety of activities for
creative exploration. They experience indoor and outdoor play. Educational
field trips and guests are a part of the learning experience. The teaching
team stimulates physical, social, intellectual and emotional growth in all
of students from two to five years of age. The center offers a quality
school year program from September- June and a creative summer camp program
from June-August. They also accept school age children during summer camp.
They provide the community with a needed service to working parents.

Around the World Summer
Camp 2010
This summer have your child
join A World of Friends Learning Center for a trip around the world. The
children will visit Mexico, China, Italy, Jamaica, Australia, France,
Ireland and their own home. The children will enjoy preparing and eating
food from these new places. They will be exposed to unique music,
crafts, dances and stories from these 8 parts of the world. The children
will create a passport and a suit case that they will carry with them on
their journey around the world. The will travel with their friends and
be introduced to the beautiful world in which they live. Come join us
for this exciting adventure.

Daily
Nutritious Meals

The center is a part of the Maryland Food
Program that offers breakfast, lunch and a snack. We provide a healthy menu
that is child friendly. We introduce them to a variety of fruits and
vegetables in a fun way so they will grow to be healthy children.
